Needs-based discounts are available for students and families that qualify.

Sessions that go over the allotted time are charged in 15-minute increments at 1/4th the hourly rate.

Sessions begin at their scheduled appointment time. Late students should expect to pay for the entire session from its scheduled start time.

There is a 15-minute grace period from the start of the scheduled tutoring session appointment time, after which the session is cancelled and the student will be considered a no-call/no-show. All  of their future scheduled tutoring appointments will be removed from the calendar.

If a student is not able to attend a small group tutoring session, they or their parents or legal guardians (if the student is a minor) are responsible to pay the difference to cover the total session cost for the number of students who did attend.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tutoring session accrue no late fees nor removal from the calendar.
